I honestly wouldn't have realized the 8th gen was a letdown until I read your comment. | 48879 | The Café | <p>For me it's not even the decline of the consoles. It has been the decline in the quality of games. So few games stuck out to me throughout the eighth generation. If it received hype before release it was a giant letdown upon it. I remember in 2011 reading an article about how the video game industry was about to enter a dark period.
