7522Breakfast WarsI've always been a diner rat . Those 24-hour neon-embellished old train cars with sassy signs behind the register, and a long counter, behind which stands a grill attended by a middle-aged guy wearing an apron, with a rag in one hand and a spatula in the other. That's the place to be. Or the building-based diners with more neon, chrome plated exterior, a little jukebox at every table, and waitresses that are pretty when they're young and speak through a layer of cigarettes and whiskey when they're old.

At home, I like to make a BELT (BLT sandwich with a fried egg on it) and a side of hash browns. If I'm not quite up to that, a toasted bagel with (a lot of) cream cheese, lox, slice of tomato, slice of onion.
shakin steakApr 08, 2014View
7521Lava lampsMy uncle had one of those lamps, but I never knew what it was. I think by the time I was a kid it was broken. I think he got rid of it in like 1992.

My cousin has a lava lamp I wanted to see it, and it took a lot of time to warm up.
pikachuloverApr 08, 2014View
7520Breakfast WarsJack in the Box.

When I was a freshman at Cal State Fullerton I ate a lot of Carl's Jr. because there was one on campus along with a Krispy Kreme.

I usually save money and eat breakfast at home. Although I do want to try the Taco Bell breakfast food. The only problem is that the one I live by is drive-thru only in the morning.
pikachuloverApr 08, 2014View

7518Lava lampsDid your family ever have one of these "oil dripping lights"?

We had two or three hanging in our house. I remember reaching up and touching the slow drips as they came down.
Vaporman87Apr 08, 2014View
7517Breakfast WarsThat MANfast sounds more like a FAMILYfast.
Vaporman87Apr 08, 2014View
7516DigiCharsYeah, there are a number of "virtual pet" or "digital pet" sites out there. This site borrows from those, while keeping a unique identity with the characters and online board game.
Vaporman87Apr 08, 2014View
7515Breakfast WarsI don't normally eat breakfast. Though I eat a breakfast sandwich if I'm hungry enough but don't feel like cooking. When I do feel like cooking I make what I call the MANfast. Which consists of a whole pack of bacon, 2 eggs and scrambled eggs, 5 small sausage links and toast.
ThatDudeintheHoodieApr 08, 2014View

7513Lava lampsI love lava lamps but wish they would modernize the housing. I remember when I was young I would sleep downstairs in our front room so I could wake up and watch Saturday morning cartoons. Before I went to bed though, I would flip on our lava lamp and be lulled to sleep by its hypnotic dance.
vkimoApr 08, 2014View
