Every single morning Adult Swim would always end with the same </span><span style="font-style: italic;">Adult Swim is Your Friend</span> bumper, which is when you knew AS was over for the night.<div style="font-style: normal;"><br></div><iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9LV5NII7Jbw" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen=""></iframe><div style="font-style: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-style: normal;">I remember they changed it at the beginning of 2011. That's when <i>King of the Hill</i> was acquired. They started airing it at the beginning of the block, and would repeat the same episodes from earlier that night at the end of the block in the morning. That's when I remembered they stopped airing the ADIYF bumper as the final send off for the night. I think they also stopped showing Home Movies as well.</div><div style="font-style: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-style: normal;">I miss those pre-KOTH mornings. Not that KOTH was bad. It was fun to watch at night. They were still airing up until last year. I remember watching it a lot during college.</div> | Rick Ace Rhodes | Jun 30, 2019 | ![]() |

| 43088 | RetroDaze on YouTube | All this time I've been drowning in a sea of ranting as the web has exploded with fans crying about the death of all the sci-fi/action franchises like Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters and now MIB.<div style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-style: normal;">But DUDE!!!, <b>RD's Retro-Detention</b> has restored my faith in the future of pop culture.</div><div style="font-style: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-style: normal;">I'm going to share this with my friends on some of the movie review channels. Let me commend you for your excellent presentation. The whole video has a, "Parker Lewis Can't Lose", kinda vibe. Beautiful inclusion of some of the period merchandise. The integration of popular sentiments regarding the Batman franchise is waay too funny - Great Job!</div><div style="font-style: normal;"><br></div><div style="">The icing on this cake has to be the awesome laugh track. Not too much, not too little - <i>but just right. </i></div> | eddstarr | Jun 29, 2019 | ![]() |
