They along with myself are in the middle of a move and it was the holidays. However the largest weight on them was our neighbor basically murdering one of my family's dogs.</p><p style="margin: 6px 0px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(29, 33, 41); font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">What happened was that there was a weak spot in the fence and he got in their yard, he was barking at their new dog, the neighbor brings their dogs and family inside, he comes back out and shoots four times, hitting the dog twice. Sister is devastated and has slowly gotten better, but the scar is still fresh for her. While I was unphased during it and remember it clearly, the emotions set in after I heard her cry out for the dog.</p><p style="margin: 6px 0px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(29, 33, 41); font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Neighbor claims he never has seen the dog before, out of being here for 2 years, he's never seen the dog. He's changed his story about being bit every time he was asked about it too. We know he just wanted to shoot something.</p><p style="margin: 6px 0px 0px; display: inline; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(29, 33, 41); font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">While my stance on guns hasn't changed, I'm disappointed that they used it unnecessarily. While yes, like my family I am angry, I know that universal karma always finds a way. That to which I'm okay with knowing.
