| 5080 | Malls Across America | Indeed. With so much stuff advancing beyond the "brick and mortar" model, malls may one day become obsolete. Hopefully this never comes to be.

These were the days when you could enter the mall and find anything your heart desired. Play a game in the arcade, hit up your favorite toy or entertainment store, and so much more.

Nowadays, my own local mall is resigned to selling... well... clothes. That's about it. Oh, well there are, of course, the CANDLE stores and the highly corporate EB Games/Gamestop holes in the wall. Bleh. And now they are being infested with "primitives" shops. Don't get me wrong, some primitives are nice to look at. But they are WAY overpriced and there are way too many of them.
| Vaporman87 | Nov 10, 2013 | ![]() |
| 5079 | Malls Across America | To me old pictures is a form of art and it's interesting to see what a mall looked like before my time (1991).
| ThatDudeintheHoodie | Nov 10, 2013 | ![]() |
| 5078 | For those that care... | This bozo cancelled WCW? That slime!
Someone should bring it back and beat this guy to the ground. | Mr Magic | Nov 09, 2013 | ![]() |
| 5077 | For those that care... | Burn it! Burn it to hell! Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain was an awful show from the start. The show's producers didn't even want this to happen, it was all forced by the network. You know who's responsible for this crap? The SAME PERSON who cancelled WCW. Yup, that's right, Jamie Kellner. He's also the guy who cancelled good shows like Animaniacs and Freakazoid.

If you want a through analysis on how Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain came into being, this is an interesting site that provides it all:
http://www.platypuscomix.net/kidzone/fuzzyheads.html
| blueluigi | Nov 09, 2013 | ![]() |
| 5076 | CBS re-airing I Love Lucy... in Color | I saw that DVD at Target recently. It seems that CBS is using the content included on that DVD release as Lucy's Italian Movie is included on that DVD release as well as a few others.
| blueluigi | Nov 09, 2013 | ![]() |

| 5073 | Malls Across America | Wow, what a treasure trove. I honestly think this kind of thing belongs in museums and the Smithsonian over a lot of "art." No one ever thought to take pictures of these usual places. I'd kill for some pictures of my hometown growing up and the local Toys R Us.

It would have been cool if someone purchased a mall from the 80s, shut it down and reopened it as a museum.
| vkimo | Nov 09, 2013 | ![]() |
| 5072 | Moving | Oh good then. The shorter the distance the better in moves.
| Vaporman87 | Nov 09, 2013 | ![]() |

Just to another place in the complex. At least we got the couch out. That thing must weigh a ton. Thank God for the "hand truck". It's a life saver.

| Mr Magic | Nov 09, 2013 | ![]() |
