So right on the TV as it's Barney's turn to appear in front of the camera, the balloon malfunctioned. If you hated Barney back then (and I don't blame you, that thing was creepy. Not to mention very insulting to 3 year old autistic kids (speaking from experience) and he was pretty much the king of toxic positivity. He was pretty much the kid's show equivalent of diabetes.
